The Tanner Residence project involved the design of a 2,000-square-foot addition and a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of a classic New England Colonial Revival farmhouse. The goal was to modernize the home while preserving its traditional character and architectural heritage.

The new addition includes a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, and mudroom on the first floor, with a primary bedroom suite located above. Careful attention was given to integrating the addition with the existing structure, creating a seamless transition between old and new while improving the home's functionality and flow.

Exterior improvements included new siding finished in Blue Note by Benjamin Moore, a rich, sophisticated color that complements the home's historic form while providing a fresh, contemporary presence. The completed project successfully balances modern living requirements with the timeless appeal of New England farmhouse architecture.
