For the Stenhouse project, we designed a custom 35-foot by 100-foot barn comprising three bays. The two rear bays are intended for vehicle and equipment storage, including ATVs, motorcycles, and other recreational vehicles, while the front bay contains a lounge with large picture windows framing views of Franconia Ridge.

The lounge is centered around a suspended circular fireplace, creating a distinctive gathering space with panoramic mountain views. The project also included the design of a new deck at the residence, featuring a sunken hot tub integrated flush with the deck surface. Specialized structural engineering was required to support the spa while maintaining the clean, seamless appearance desired by the client.
