MAIN STREET STOREFRONT RENOVATION

LOCATION: BETHLEHEM, NH

COMPLETED WINTER 2025

The Main Street Storefront project involved the complete gut renovation and structural rehabilitation of a long-vacant commercial building in the heart of downtown. Working in collaboration with local architect David Wiley, the project transformed an underutilized structure into a vibrant mixed-use property featuring retail space on the ground floor and a residential apartment above.

Significant structural reinforcement and building system upgrades were required to restore the building and bring it into modern use while preserving its historic Main Street character. The completed retail space is now home to Brown Paper Packages, a specialty store showcasing locally crafted products from New Hampshire and Vermont, contributing to the ongoing revitalization of the downtown district.
